Print your Outlook calendar the way classic Outlook did
The new Outlook prints only the current view. TriFold reads your calendar and prints real layouts: tri-fold, landscape weekly with details, monthly with all details, multi-week, yearly and agenda, to paper or PDF.

How to print an Outlook calendar with TriFold
- Open the app and click Sign in with Microsoft (or paste a published calendar link, or upload an .ics file).
- Tick the calendars you want on the page. Colors are kept.
- Pick a layout: monthly, weekly, daily, tri-fold, weekly with details, multi-week, yearly or agenda.

What the new Outlook lost
Classic Outlook's print dialog offered Daily, Weekly Agenda, Weekly Calendar, Monthly, Tri-fold and Calendar Details styles with page setup for headers, fonts and paper. The new Outlook (and Outlook on the web) prints the on-screen view and little else: no tri-fold, no landscape month on one page, no multi-week, no details view. People who print the week for a front desk, a clinic, a church office or a parent at home are left with screenshots. TriFold fills that gap without switching back to classic Outlook.

Frequently asked questions
Does this work with the new Outlook?
Yes. Sign in with your Microsoft account and TriFold reads your calendars directly, so it works with new Outlook, classic Outlook, Outlook on the web and Outlook.com. You can also paste a published calendar link or upload an .ics file.
Why can't I print landscape or tri-fold in the new Outlook?
The new Outlook replaced the old print dialog with a simpler one that only prints the current view. The Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Tri-fold and Calendar Details print styles from classic Outlook were not carried over. TriFold brings those layouts back.
Can I save the calendar as a PDF?
Yes. Click Print and choose "Save as PDF" (or "Microsoft Print to PDF") in the print dialog. The page title becomes the file name.
Which layouts are free?
Monthly, weekly and daily layouts are free forever. Tri-fold, weekly with details (landscape), multi-week, yearly and agenda layouts, plus saved presets, are in Pro.
Is my calendar data uploaded?
Your calendar, mail and contact data are read in your browser straight from Microsoft and are never uploaded to our servers.
