How to print a Google Calendar

  1. In Google Calendar on the web, open Settings, pick the calendar, and copy the Secret address in iCal format (or the public address for a public calendar).
  2. Open the app, click + Calendar link and paste the address.
  3. Choose a layout and print.

The link is fetched when you open the app, so the print reflects your latest events. Nothing is stored on our servers; the link stays in your browser. You can mix Google and Outlook calendars on the same page.

Your calendar, mail and contact data are read in your browser straight from Microsoft and are never uploaded to our servers.
