Service
Macon Calendar Tools ("the service") is provided by Macon Apps. The free features may be used without an account. Pro features require a paid subscription linked to an email address.
Subscription
Pro is billed monthly or yearly through Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Account → Manage billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. If Pro did not do what you expected, open a support ticket within 14 days of your first payment for a refund.
Acceptable use
Use the service only with accounts and calendars you are authorised to access. Do not attempt to disrupt the service or access other users' data.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, Macon Apps is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service; our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
