What we never see

Calendar events, Planner tasks, email and contacts are read in your browser directly from Microsoft Graph using the permissions you grant to the app, or parsed from files and links in your browser. They are not sent to or stored on our servers. Printing and Excel export happen entirely in your browser.

What we store

• If you buy Pro: your email address, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, and subscription status. Payment details are held by Stripe, not by us.
• If you save presets: the print or export settings you save, linked to your email.
• If you use the hosted Planner feed: the feed content you publish (task titles, dates, plan and bucket names) under a private random link, until you update or rotate it.
• If you add a calendar link: our server fetches that link on your behalf when you open the app and briefly caches it; the link itself is kept in your browser's storage.
• Standard server logs (IP address, request path, time) retained for a short period for security and debugging.

Microsoft permissions

The app asks for read access to your calendars and profile, and only when you use the relevant feature: Planner tasks, write access to calendars (to create the Planner calendar), mail and contacts. You can revoke access at any time at account.microsoft.com (personal) or myapps.microsoft.com (work).

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in to your Pro account. No advertising or analytics cookies.
